The Contradiction of Light Weight of Glass Bottle Package

At present, the loss of weight becomes fashionable in the packaging market. Light weight is able to reduce the carbon emission during the logistics of package, lower the cost and save resources, being more environmental and more favorable to the healthy and continuous development of market. But the high-end market goes very fast, no matter the food, the drinks or cosmetics. As people's living standard increases, the high-end market begins draw manufacturers' attention. It is contradictory with glass bottles and jars for cosmetics as the most important representative because high-end market more focus on the texture of package which goes against the lost of weight.

Currently, the cries for the glass bottle in the market is strong. Compared with other packages, the light weight of glass bottle is of significance while this is the overwhelming reality that the glass bottle is thick and heavy. It puts custom perfume bottles made of glass produced by perfume bottle manufacturers in a not so good condition in the market competition.

Nevertheless, many high-end products tend to apply glass bottle due to its decorous feeling and unique makings. For a long time, manufacturers have conducted researches on how to improve the product design inside the glass bottle and how to be stronger in the market. In fact, what manufacturers work for improving themselves gains so much more concerns. The enhancement of the ability of glass bottle to coordinate with other relevant fields is a must for glass bottle package to increase its overall competitiveness so that it can be a better position in the market on the whole.
